Traverse Float in the Annual Windsor Harvest Festival Parade

The annual Windsor Harvest Festival Parade is on Labor Day, SEPTEMBER 4th, and we’re entering a float for our second year.

We’ll once again need help with planning and putting it together, and we’ll need folks to ride on and walk with the float on parade day.
